This is a Guide to the Main Canal and its towpath in the Delaware and Raritan (D&R) State Park of New Jersey. The guide includes information on biking, running, canoeing and other uses of the canal and the towpath. Maps showing access and parking information for all of the entrances are given. There are also pictures of interesting things to see on the towpath.
Hurricane Ike's Projected Path
Hurricane Ike has brought great damage and rainfall to Texas. It's path is now projected to go well north of NJ sometime on Tuesday. We might get some rain, but probably not enough to flood Blackwells Mills or Bound Brook.
